F1 in Schools Team Aeroflux 2.0 qualify for World Finals

The team of 6 sixth year pupils who have been competing in the F1 in Schools Technology Challenge came first overall at the Regional Finals in Kirkcaldy on 28th February as well as winning the Best Engineered Car Award and the Best Team Marketing and Sponsorship Award. This qualified them for the UK National Finals on 16th and 17th March where their miniature F1 car raced into 3rd position out of the 20 finalists. They have now qualified to represent Scotland in the World Finals Show more

Please be aware that the school will be closed to pupils on Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th of February. With pupils returning on Thursday 16th.

School releases houses app

Aberdeen Grammar School released an iPhone app to be installed on pupils', staffs' and parents' phones. It displays up to date house points, house captains, interhouse events and the school news. It is designed to allow this information to be easily available to pupils and to encourage participation and a competitive spirit.
