What does your work space look like? Are you able to surround yourself with things that make you feel good? Do you have a photograph you look at to make you happy? Do you go for a walk at lunchtime to get some fresh air? Do you take a lunch break / coffee break? Do you have someone to talk to at work? Do you try to vary your day to keep it interesting? What do you do that boosts your work place well-being?
