Eight AGS pupils interested in careers in architecture attended and participated in a series of Architecture workshops that have been running throughout the duration of RGU student exhibition ‘The Framework of Design’ in the Bon Accord Centre.

The workshops involved working in a team to construct and design the tallest and most stable building out of a series of materials that the RGU students provided. There is a competition running throughout the week, with the best group being showcased on RGU’s social media at the end of the week. AGS pupils currently top this with the tallest structure so far…

Pupils also got the opportunity of taking part in a number of interactive points throughout the exhibition where our pupils had the opportunity to ask questions about studying Architecture, and learn about the process of design and how this fits in to the degree.
