Actress and Former Pupil Annie Wallace to Visit School

The actor, Annie Wallace, has volunteered to come and do a free talk to students at the Grammar on Monday 28th May. She has starred in Eastenders and Hollyoaks and is famous for being one of the first transgender actors to be nominated for a TV Soap award. She is up headlining the Pride Parade in Aberdeen on the 26th of May. An interesting fact is that she is an ex-Grammar pupil. Her talk will be about how to get into the performing arts industry and challenges she has overcome being transgender. She will also be taking some questions from the pupils.

We are looking forward to meeting her. If there are any pupils who would be interested in coming along to her talk please speak to your Drama teacher.
