Students from the new Advanced Higher Art & Design course were fortunate to be involved in a creative workshop on Monday at Gray’s School of Art, spending time discussing with some of the newly qualified degree students, in both fields of expressive art and design, on the processes involved in creating their final portfolios. S6 students were involved in investigating their work and posing questions to the degree students on their thought processes from the previous year.
“The Gray’s School of Art show is an annual highlight in the arts calendar, showcasing the work of graduating students. Many of the graduates have gone on to become leading names in art and design, so the show is a great opportunity to view the work of tomorrow’s creative stars today. The 2017 Gray’s School of Art Degree Show will open to the public from 17 – 24 June.”
