Please note the following arrangements for adverse weather.

School Closure

The Head Teacher has the discretion to close the school and send pupils home when they anticipate adverse weather conditions which would put young people and staff at risk. In the unlikely event of the school being closed you will be informed via the following methods of communication:

• A Groupcall will be sent to parents by the school as soon as possible
• Weatherline, the school closure phone service can provide current information on 0870 054 1999.  School ID: 011000. 
• Aberdeen City Council’s school closure web page will also provide current information https://www.aberdeencity.gov.uk/school-closures

Parents and young people should ensure that they have suitable arrangements in place during periods of adverse weather. i.e. in the event of a school closing part way through the school day, young people should have access to their home.  

If there are no announcements to the contrary the school will be open.
