OPITO would like to invite students and teachers to Energise Your Future at Offshore Europe 2017. The world class technology at SPE Offshore Europe showcases the innovation behind this pioneering sector, giving pupils a flavour of the oil and gas industry and the range of opportunities available within the energy mix.

Pupils aged 14-18 who have an interest in the energy sector have the opportunity to liaise with companies at their interactive exhibition stands, relate their subjects to career options and disciplines through interesting discussions and activities.

There are a vast amount of different opportunities within the energy industry and Energise Your Future aims to showcase the range of choices – not just engineering or working offshore. The industry holds a vast array of career options making this event relevant to all students, in particular those with business, artistic, commercial, scientific and technological interests.

The format of the day will see school pupils take part in an interactive presentation where they will hear from young people working in the industry before going on a guided journey around the exhibition.
