NESCol is holding three awareness raising events for Foundation Apprenticeships (FAs) for pupils and parents interested in FAs for the 2019 intake. Pupils will have a chance to speak to faculty staff and current apprentices to find out more and get a tour of the facilities at the college.

Foundation Apprenticeships are ideally suited to young people going into S5 and intending to stay on to S6 and are a combination of classroom based learning and work based learning in an extended work placement. A Foundation Apprenticeship is equivalent to a Higher.
